The Town's Stormwater Enterprise Fund is providing supplemental funds to the 203 Project for two purposes. First, the project is going "above and beyond" stormwater management development requirements; $41k of funds are being used to install innovative "soil cell" treatment devices. Second, camera inspections identified that underground stormwater infrastructure adjacent to the project along Carr Street is both undersized and beginning to fail (see photo). This infrastructure will be replaced as part of project construction and $221k of funds have been allocated to complete this work.
